Access for everyone

Accessibility Statement

Statement updated: 11/02/2026

The Good Lead LLC aims to make this website usable by people with disabilities. Our target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. This is an ongoing objective, not a claim that every page or interaction has been independently verified to conform.

Measures we work toward

  • Clear page headings, meaningful links, and a consistent navigation structure.
  • Keyboard access, visible focus indicators, and a way to skip to main content.
  • Readable contrast, layouts that adapt to smaller screens, and support for text enlargement.
  • Useful text alternatives for informative images and labels for form controls.
  • Understandable form instructions, error messages, and submission feedback.
  • Respect for reduced-motion preferences and review of barriers as content changes.

Testing and limitations

Our review approach combines automated checks with manual keyboard, zoom, and assistive-technology checks. Automated tools alone cannot establish conformance. Third-party tools and newly added content may present barriers, and accessibility can vary by browser and assistive technology. This statement does not certify full conformance or list a completed independent audit.

Report a barrier or ask for help

If you cannot access information or complete an action, email contact@thegoodlead.us or call (914) 218-0747. Our office hours are Mon–Fri 9am–6pm ET.

Please include the page URL, what you were trying to do, and the barrier you encountered. Browser, device, and assistive-technology details are helpful but optional. Do not include sensitive personal information. We will review your report, discuss an accessible alternative where possible, and let you know about next steps. You do not need to use our website form to request assistance.
